  • What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?

    We use CAD & 3D printing, mixed recycled materials and traditional techniques to fabricate our pieces. We use PLA, polylactic acid, a plant based filament for printing when possible. Another favourite is plarn, plastic yarn, crafted from recycled shopping bags. All precious metals used are recycled.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments made by PayPal or Stripe..

  • Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

    Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for all Phorme products. Your item can be wrapped in gift paper with your choice of green or black recycled ribbon. A gift tag can also be included, and we’re happy to handwrite a short message on it if requested. To arrange this, simply email us at

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    UK Delivery: Your order will be packaged and dispatched within 2-5 days after purchase. Once dispatched, items are sent via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery service, ensuring they arrive promptly after shipping.

    International Delivery: For orders outside the UK, we use the DPD insured international parcel delivery service. A flat rate of £25 applies, and shipping times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive updates on your order status from confirmation to dispatch

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. For UK orders, you can track your package using Royal Mail’s tracking service. International customers can track their parcels through DPD’s tracking platform. If you have any concerns or need further updates, feel free to contact us directly at any time.

  • Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery?

    Yes, we do offer a custom and personalised jewellery service. Just get in touch to discuss your ideas and we will arrange a free Zoom meeting to discuss further your wishes and requirements and to work on your design brief.

  • How do I care for and clean my jewellery?

    Here is a quick guide on how to look after your jewellery.


    1- First rule is avoid damage. Printed jewellery, as well as any other type of accessory, is best put on last and taken off first.

    2- Avoid contact with chemicals. Perfumes, hair products, creams and cleaning products, can damage all types of jewellery.

    3- Don’t immerse in water for too long. Take your jewellery off if necessary eg for swimming, showering, hand washing.

    4- If cleaning is needed soak in warm soapy water for about 1 minute, clean gently with a cotton bud and pat gently dry with a soft cloth. Use a few drops of washing up liquid.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    Phorme offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at
