Returns Policy
Phorme offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately for assistance.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
