ORDERS + DELIVERY TIMES

All Phorme products are one off pieces and in stock when placed for sale.

We will package and post your order within 2-5 days. We will update you promptly on the status of your order, through confirmation to dispatch. Please get in touch with Phorme to enquire on the status of your order at any time if you wish.

Items are packed in their own box and then in secure boxes or bags for posting. Sustainable packaging is used where possible.

Your item can be wrapped in gift paper with a gift tag and green or black recycled ribbon used. This is a free service. Just send an email to allison@phorme.co.uk alerting us to your wishes. A short message can be hand written on the gift tag if wished.

In the rare event that it’s not possible to fulfil your order within the above schedule, you will be notified by email. If this does not meet your requirements then a full refund  will be offered.

POSTAGE

UK Delivery Items are sent out using the Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery service.

International orders for Europe, USA and elsewhere there is a flat rate of £25.              DPD insured international parcel delivery service is used.

CUSTOMS, VAT, IMPORT DUTY

International customers maybe charged customs and VAT duties, or import duties as their items enter their country of delivery.

You, as the customer are liable to pay these charges.

These regulations are set by the government of each country respectively and are outside the control of Phorme and Dr Allison Macleod.
